At PAMOJAFIT Training Club, we are committed to providing quality coaching services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@marielkanene.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Program Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered portion of the program.
Medical Exceptions: If you are unable to continue the program due to a documented medical issue, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused services.
Technical Issues: If technical problems (e.g., app access) prevent you from participating in the program and we are unable to resolve the issue, a prorated refund may be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
Missed or canceled sessions without proper notice (24 hours in advance).
Failure to follow the program, complete assignments, or meet progress goals.
Change of mind after the program or sessions have commenced.
Partial use of packages or programs where services have already been rendered.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Submit a written request to info@marielkanene.com with the following information:
Your full name and contact details.
A description of the issue and reason for requesting a refund.
Supporting documentation (e.g., medical note, evidence of technical issue).
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method.
5. Prorated Refunds
For eligible refund requests, any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded on a prorated basis. This applies only to services that have not yet been rendered.
6. Exceptional Cases
We reserve the right to evaluate exceptional refund requests that fall outside the conditions listed above. These will be considered at our discretion on a goodwill basis.
